    Is it good to juice fruits ? I like adding a pear or an apple but the sugar is bad, right?

      G! My dude – Sugars from fruits can be the boost you need to get-going! We don’t recommend juicing fruits before bed. But first thing in the morning, before a workout, or after a workout is totally fine.
      For your evening juice, try lemon and lime to help with the taste!

    Serious bachelor cabinets there! 🙂 Well, I know two guys in DC who take their food VERY seriously… not to mention their yoga !! Awesome video, I’m running out to health food store right NOW.
