Evolve Human Movement believes recovery, rehabilitation and healing are just as important as physical training. We believe in recovering with the same intensity as we train. The modern-day view of “fitness” focuses almost entirely on weight, reps, sets, and how fast you can complete them. We’ve punished our bodies over and over.  We’ve lost sight on what it means to be truly healthy.

Evolve Human Movement incorporates very specific, active recovery techniques into all of our programs.  Intentional and active recovery allows are bodies to fully-heal so that they will continue to respond when we need them.
